Jasmine                                            $28.8

  • Jasmine is a very popular naturally scented green tea from Fuzhou City of Fujian Province in China. The scenting method from Fuzhou, Fujian has been listed as an intangible cultural heritage in the world. During the scenting process, green tea and jasmine petals are well rolled, mixed and then piled up in the wooden box overnight. When the fragrance and flavour of jasmine is fully absorbed, the petals will be discarded and replaced with fresh ones. The cycle repeats 7 times in making this Jasmine Green to create a rich and beautiful taste, adding a calming and stress-relieving effect.

Osmanthus                                    $28.8

  • Osmanthus is a premium quality red tea infused with abundantly aromatic osmanthus flowers. Being carefully hand picked and processed, the natural taste and aroma of osmanthus can be preserved and maximum freshness and quality can be ensured. It is ideal for tea lovers who enjoy the boldness of black tea and the delightful sweetness of osmanthus flowers. Milky Orchid                                 $28.8

  • Milky Orchid is a well-known Tie Guan Yin (Iron Goddess of Mercy) from Anxi County, south of Fujian province in China. Lightly and slowly roast-dried, the dark semi-ball leaves develop a complex flavour profile where sweet floral and deep roasted notes are beautifully put together. Thanks to the experienced tea artisans’ control over quality, we can enjoy this cup of Tie Guan Yin, full of buttery and nutty flavour along with the original orchid aroma of the base oolong tea.

Spring Gardenia                            $28.8

  • Spring Gardenia is another classical wulong tea produced in Anxi County. It is made using the traditional tea-processing method that was widely taken in the 1970s, called “Gufa” in Chinese. Unlike moderately oxidised Iron Goddess of Mercy, Spring Gardenia goes through a higher level of oxidation and then gets rolled and roasted-dried for a longer time to enhance the sweet and mellow mouthfeel. The delicate gardenia flower fragrance with a hint of pear flavour makes it an ideal cup of tea to sip and savour, just like a spring wandering.

  • Honey Blossom is a fragrant red (black) tea crafted using tender leaves handpicked from high aromatic golden osmanthus cultivar and then skillfully withered, rolled, oxidised, fermented and dried by our experienced tea master to create a rich, full bodied flavour. The brew is a beautiful bright amber orange, tasting distinctively of honey, osmanthus, sweet potato and even with a hint of peach. Flavours are fresh, bright, clean and natural, offering a pleasant aftertaste.

Cloud Mist                                   $31.8

  • Cloud Mist is made from Vegetable Tea Variety grown in high mountain regions of Ningde, Fujian, China, where the misty mountain air, significant temperature variations and abundant rainfall contribute to the premium qualities of the tea. Harvested in early spring when cooler temperatures slow the growth of tea plants, the leaves accumulate more amino acids, enhancing the tea’s freshness and flavour. Handcrafted from delicate leaves, Cloud Mist reveals a brisk, full-bodied liquor that is both refreshing and satisfying, with pronounced vegetal noted complemented by a subtle nuttiness and a lingering aromatic finish.

  • With the Orchid is a more classic version of Tie Guan Yin. Made by using the most traditional method called “Zhengwei” in Chinese, With the Orchid produces a brew that is slightly yellow and has a very delicate mouthfeel with an impressive mellow and thick taste. Just as its name implies, when you drink it, a natural and pure orchid aroma will be found in the soup with a lingering sweet at the back of your throat.

White Space                    $31.8

  • White Space is harvested with one bud and three/four leaves and classified as the most well known white tea style called Shoumei, literally meaning “longevity eyebrows”. Being made with naturally withered big, broken leaves, White Space preserves a high amount of antioxidants and produces a beautiful yellow liquor, a honey-sweet taste and an elegant aroma with a brush of dried bamboo leaves. However, if it is properly stored and aged, the tea soup will transform into a deeper colour and taste mellower as time goes by.

Dewdrops on Daffodils                  $31.8

  • Dewdrops on Daffodils, made from Water Fairy Cultivar (referred as “Shuixian” in Chinese) in Zhangping county, is the only wulong tea that is hand compressed into square shape and wrapped individually. Cultivated in a mountain region with an average altitude over 600 metres, Dewdrops On Daffodils offers a magnificently floral flavour, with notes of honey and mellow sweetness.Being lightly oxidised and medium roasted, a soft mouthfeel and long lasting aftertaste with a hint of daffodil are enhanced.
